Existing Building
Any project needs to able measure and quantify its success. Renewable Technologies can provide an Energy Performance Certificate and Thermal Imaging Surveys which together provide a baseline against which energy reduction can be measured.
Our technical team assess the way energy is used in a building, and work with you and your client to find solutions that reduce energy use and reduce carbon emmissions.
The solution may include simple actions such as changing to low energy lighting, through to more complex schemes imvolving carbon saving technologies.
Many buildings have roof areas which are ideal for the installation of Photovoltaic (PV) panels. With the introduction of Feed In Tariffs otherwise empty roof spaces could be utilised, generating £100's a year from supplying electricity to the grid and therefore removing 100's kilos of carbon from the buildings footprint.
