A Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (NDEPC) is an important starting point for any business looking to reduce energy consumption and lower carbon emissions. The assessment of your building will calculate its energy consumption in its current condition, and also calculate the energy consumption if the building was constructed to current building regulations.

These energy performance figures are valuable in they;

Our Energy Performance Assessors will conduct a detailed assessment of your building and services and issue you with the required legal documentation. It is now a legal requirement that a valid Energy Performance Certificate is produced upon change of occupancy of a building, i.e. upon sale or change of lease.
